Visit support
We regularly visit homes or facilities to assist with housekeeping, Japanese conversation, light exercise, and daily essentials—ensuring a safe, comfortable life.
Medical/hospital support
Japanese staff provide hospital escort, interpretation, and flexible support with transport and daily needs during hospitalization.
Nighttime monitoring
Our staff stay overnight to provide safe, reassuring support for those with dementia or epilepsy, responding quickly to any nighttime concerns.
Medical & welfare seminars
We offer occasional Japanese-language seminars to help families and caregivers understand local medical and welfare systems.
Public support information
For those unsure where to start, we provide clear Japanese-language guidance on applying for public care and medical support programs, including help filling out forms when needed.
Support for self-reliance

All the rates below are subject to GST (10%).

A minimum of two hour reservation is required.

If you are far away, travel expenses may apply.
If you are using NDIS

Daytime (6am – 8pm) or nighttime (8pm – 6am).

GST is excluded.

Depending on the area, travel costs may apply up to 30 minutes.
Home stays from $297 per night
* For overnight guests, a minimum reservation of 4 hours service from 6pm to 10pm is required. Please contact us for more details.
*Accommodation service is limited to 1-2 patrols during the night. For any services beyond that, the regular nightly rate will apply.
