How We Support You
- JT Care support cases -
Daily living support for SIL residents
Support workers visit residents regularly to help them live a comfortable and safe daily life by cleaning, cooking, accompanying them on shopping trips, etc. We support residents so that they can continue living in SIL (supported living) with peace of mind.
Japanese language support
We provide easy-to-understand explanations in Japanese about the flow of official procedures such as applying for NDIS, preparing documents, and updating service plans. Even those who are unsure about the system can use it with peace of mind thanks to our thorough explanations.
Support for peace of mind by accompanying patients to hospital
We will accompany you to hospitals and testing facilities, and if necessary, we will also assist with simple interpretation and the transmission of medical information. Even if your family cannot accompany you, we will support you so that you can receive medical services with peace of mind.
Safety monitoring at night
Staff stay overnight at the homes of those who experience seizures or anxiety at night, patrol the area regularly, and are prepared to respond in the event of an emergency. This is an important form of support to help residents spend the night in peace.

Seminars on medical care and welfare
JT Care holds seminars in Japanese for medical professionals and their families to learn about the Australian healthcare system and the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme).
We provide easy-to-understand information on practical matters such as how the system works, the application process, and how to respond on the ground.
This can be held in person or online, so please feel free to contact us if you are interested.

All the rates below are subject to GST (10%).

A minimum of two hour reservation is required.

If you are far away, travel expenses may apply.
If you are using NDIS

Daytime (6am – 8pm) or nighttime (8pm – 6am).

GST is excluded.

Depending on the area, travel costs may apply up to 30 minutes.
Home stays from $297 per night
* For overnight guests, a minimum reservation of 4 hours service from 6pm to 10pm is required. Please contact us for more details.
*Accommodation service is limited to 1-2 patrols during the night. For any services beyond that, the regular nightly rate will apply.
