At JT Care, we can register friends and acquaintances whom we help privately as our "official support workers" and assist them in transitioning to public services.

Regarding qualifications and requirements

For JT Care's in-home support services, specifically "daily living assistance" such as cleaning and cooking , a specific qualification (Certificate III in Individual Support, CHC33021) is not required. (However, basic documents such as proof of first aid training and police checks, as well as designated training, are required.)
